We are proud to present to you our featured artist for the Month of March, 1998: Oscar
Storm of Allied Vision. It is a rare find to have such an artist
interested in this music as Oscar, as he is out of Bilbao Spain, a dry territory
for Underground Industrial music. Yet it appears from his music that Spain is a fertile
ground for the birthing of Industrial Music.
It's no wonder why Allied
Vision is becoming one of the most heard sounds in Europe -- if you read the
interview of what Oscar has to say about his views relative to the state of the
world, his background, underground music (and his monstrous gear list), you'll begin to
understand why Last Sigh believes Oscar Storm will sucessfully
