Manipulator
[Demo]
Track Listing
1. Manipulator [122 bpm]
2. Into You (Instrumental) [106 bpm]
3. Manipulator (Mindstalker mix) [152 bpm]
"Manipulator" is a
project that represents Jason Taylor's works as "control.org" in a more
industrial-edge, intelligent dance music (IDM), electronic body music (EBM) end of his
diverse range of composition mastery. Unlike the noisey sonic mayhem of his C2 project, control.org reflects upon the use of strong
back beats, melodic undertones and as can be heard on the title track Manipulator,
outstanding vocals that are lightly treated along with keyboard injections which add
significantly to the overall dancey composition. This track is perfect for club play
lasting just short of six minutes in length.
Likewise, Into You (instrumental), another dance oriented piece, creates a
flavourful yet ominous breath of air to a gentle and inquisitively pensive darker mood for
the listener. The final track, a remix of Manipulator, with its higher bpm's,
intermittent melody, crunching beats and abrupt changes, seduces the listener even moreso
into the dance-trance mood.I highly recommend Manipulator
by "control.org" for DJ airplay and clubplay, or for those of you who simply
enjoy dancing to quality beats. |
