You know, there really aren't many goth bands that have good beats. Most of them tend to be either typical 4/4 signatures, or the beat just isn't very strong. London after Midnight draws from a darkwave style of beat while still keeping melodic vocals, to create a very strong, harmonic style that keeps your interest throughout the whole album. Psycho Magnet is well constructed, and good enough music that it doesn't get boring. They do not overuse keys, and each song has definite variety to it. In my opinion the best song on this album is "Kiss". It has a very good intro with some creative keys, and then slams into the main song. This is definitely a good band to play at various goth clubs, with its strong beats yet melodic music. All in all, a very good album, and I recommended it.
