"Never Mind The Methadone is a remix album consisting of material
taken from the Sheep On Drugs previous releases "One For The Money" and
"Double Trouble". Since this came out in 1997, Sheep On Drugs ceases to exist. Bagman
(Lee Fraser) has sprung up from the remains of SOD, and was touring on the Lowest Of The
Low Invisible Records USA tour back in 1998.
Never Mind has remixes by a number of people you might be familiar
with: Dave Wright of Not Breathing [Crimetime], Phylr [Life Is Just A Game], Marc Heal of
Cubanate [X Lover], Martin Atkins of Pigface [Back In Black], Greg Hunter [She's Hot],
Mauro Teho Teardo [Come Fly With Me], Larry Thrasher, Jon Weber of Psychic TV [WCFM], DJ
Jordan Fields [Bong Track], and Bagman/Lee The Bastard, [Strange Days - Money Mix].
The album has a number of different styles of music on it as a function of
the people who remixed: speedball techno industrial, acid electronic, industrial-hardcore,
and experimental electro. This is a nice collectors item in terms of remix albums. |
