Braindance Track Listing Side A. Side B. Here's something a little different. As they claimed, on their business card, their style accurately is "cinematic neuromantic progressive new age gothic metal fusion." I'm sure that in the goth scene most people are looking for some fresh ideas to give the old styles a bit of a twist and this band does just that. Light metal-edged guitars, generally slow percussion, deep, sung vocals, and oddity theme-park electronics. For fans of goth-metal, gothic, and maybe even those into lounge music should check out this band and their rather unique aural formula. The music is relaxed and at times quite melodic as it moves along without getting really tiredsome or boring. While it's not really my thing, it did keep my attention and sounded pretty good. |
