We are a distributor/retailer. We are looking to buy
music products at wholesale to sell through print catalog
to dark music subscribers to our catalog.

We use to be a label in the capacity of signing acts but
found that we are better at presenting music to the public:

The purpose behind the compilation is to locate talent that may have a new sound to present to dark music buyers. If we locate an act that is very promising, we may help that act in their radio promotions and additional advertising dollars.
Of course we would have to work out a recoupment with that particular acts attorney or their label. This could be construed as label-like.

For the compilation effort: we will most likely generate
an "ongoing" number of units to sell to dark music buyers and gauge their response to the acts on our compilation. Compilations are good to locate
new emerging talent. However we are encouraging acts to submit demos to us so that we can have the possibility to buy product fom them at wholesale
for distribution though our catalog, on-line and CD outlest we secure.

Marketshare:
We have a very strong marketing sense to present dark music to the listening public and pride ourselves in locating what we feel is possibly interesting new music to a discerning public.

Utilizing key zines and established magazines such as Industrial Nation, Option, etc... our dark music catalog may possibly reach new listeners or attract them to our on-line efforts to sell new and dark music.

Contract: Very simple - we pay each of the artist a standard royalty rate 6.9 cents (see Harry Fox Agency) per comp unit sold. The comp will stay around forever hopefully.

it is a real mail-house w/ warehouse space with state of the art mailing tools. We can do DHL, FED-EX, etc... we can even knock out walls if we grow.

Monies earned from these 2 comp ventures will go right back into Suisonic - every last dime to build up our goals. Eventually, we'll be able to finance promising new acts promotion efforts. We crawl before we walk.

New Music Central is a separate entity from Suisonic Records Distribution. They have separate accounting ledgers and methods of operation. New Music
Central is owned solely by Lady Grimm. New Music Central finances its' own credit card service through the Music Station Mail-Order House in Mesa, AZ.
NMC also is the distributor/webmaster for the Internationally successful new age label: Invincible Music who is distributed by Navarre.

Suisonic is jointly owned by Lady Grimm and T2
